Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2] business days and delivered within [4–7] business days depending on your location. A flat shipping charge applies as shown at checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at your-email@example.com. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Returns

We accept returns within [7] days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. Electronic components are non-returnable once opened unless found defective, given the nature of the product. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue to start a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments are credited back to the original payment method within [5–7] business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
